Terms and Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions for Services or Sale of Goods. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these nor do they affect your statutory rights as a consumer.Important Notes:

- You have 35 days from the shipment of the order to return your item. Your item must be in resealed condition with its original packaging and all parts. Please see our return policy including our 15% restocking fee. If the unit has been used and damaged only partial refunds will be given on what is working and resale-able. The extra 5 days added on are for delivery times. We are not responsible if you leave for vacation for 2 months and than try to return the product because you "just" received it.
- You will, in the least, void the electrical warranty of your car. You may void all of your warranty, if you do the install yourself. If you have warranty and like to keep it talk to your dealer before the install.
- If you choose to install the unit yourself, you may shock, burn, even kill yourself. This is very important. Please take every precaution, as these devices are design for professional installation.
- We are not manufacturers and take no responsibility for any damage you, your car, your garage, tools or your marriage may suffer because of its install, use or misuse. Please read the instructions very carefully. Measure twice, cut once.
- If a power-harness has been provided, it is for a reason, please use it. It has a fuse and reduce the amps going into the ballast. Not all kits come with a harness.
- We are not responsible for shipping, delays, lost items, etc. If you never receive your unit, we'll be happy to follow up with the shipper for you. Any complaints at 14 days are null and void. If something is backordered we will let you know by email or phone as you have requested.
- If you are returning something please use a tracking number and insure your package to the level you feel comfortable with if does get lost.
- Check the measurements of your headlight unit before installing the bulb. The bulb should never touch or even come close to the sides, or front of the unit.
- You MUST have a basic knowledge of electronic and cars in general. We can only support the product and the installation but can not walk you through the installation over the phone. If you don't have the proper knowledge and/or tools please take the equipment to any local stereo installer and they will be happy to install it for you at some minimal cost.
- Check your local DMV regulations for the legality of the install, the height of the beam and any other letters of the law. Per DOT standards non-DOT marked headlights should be used for off-road use only.

If you have any complaints about our service or any Goods or Services you purchase from us, please contact us by email.
We will acknowledge complaints within a maximum of 2 working days, and keep you informed throughout the process including the time it will take to resolve the complaint.
Purchasing Goods and Services
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at anytime from stated on the web site. Prices are checked regularly however if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will inform you and ask if you wish to proceed. If for any reason Goods or services ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
Please note that some manufacturers may NOT give you enough space to install a Retro Kit Upgrade because the length of the HID Lights are slightly longer than non-HID bulbs. You can check the clearance of your known housing before placing an order. HID Bulbs are typically 1"+ long.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa, Master card, American Express and PayPal. Dealers can provide business checks. Such orders will require a 7 day processing time before we will ship the product.
All none-defective items will carry a minimum of 15% restocking fee. All defective items can be exchanged for like material only or returned minus the shipping charges. All non-deliverable orders will also carry a restocking fee.
